|MICHAEL WEBB, PhD
Michael Webb joined CURS as Research Associate in December 2013, and serves as the project manager for evaluations of the Charlotte Housing Authority’s Moving Forward and Boulevard Homes redevelopment programs. His research specializes in understanding changes within cities, especially related to housing and development, including the impact of the American Dream of homeownership, foreclosure determinants across urban and rural areas, and how cities and non-profits promote urban revitalization. He has previously worked on community development projects in both the public and non-profit sectors. Michael received his MA in Geography, MCRP in City and Regional Planning, and PhD in Geography from The Ohio State University.
