Lucy Gorham–PI. The UNC Center for Community Capital will produce a series of research briefs that highlight the benefits and opportunities of innovative programs and policies for establishing savings for individuals and families. The Center will create a Savings Brief for North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia and will tailor each brief for distribution across each of these three states.
